As per below, "The
House of Representatives just voted YES with enormous support, 387
YAYs! This was a tough fight, I would even say downright dirty at times
as big tech and their millions of dollars influenced members of
Congress, the media, and the public. But justice prevails!"
It appears that HR 1865 actually passed the House by a vote of 388 to 25. All of Pa's votes were for HR 1865. From NJ, Donald Payne did NOT vote, and Bonnie Watson Coleman voted AGAINST HR 1865.

Dear Friend,
THANK YOU SO MUCH for your help in getting this most important piece of legislation to pass in the fight against sexual exploitation since the Trafficking Victims Protection Act in 2000!
The House of Representatives just voted YES with enormous support, 387 YAYs! This was a tough fight, I would even say downright dirty at times as big tech and their millions of dollars influenced members of Congress, the media, and the public. But justice prevails!
WE WON!
HUMAN DIGNITY WON!
SURVIVORS OF SEX TRAFFICKING AND THEIR FAMILIES WON!
Now, on to the Senate. Let's keep the momentum going!

We applaud House passage of @RepAnnWagner's #FOSTA & @RepMimiWalters' #SESTA Amendment to allow sex trafficking survivors to have their day in court & to clarify there is no legal protection for anyone who participates in the online #sextrafficking of children #CDA2
