• As per a 1/23/20 email from the ProLife Coalition of Pa, "All of the Republican U.S. House Members from Pa., except Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick, have compiled a 100% pro-life voting records.  To their great credit, they recently joined an amicus brief that urges the SCOTUS to reverse Roe.  Rep. Fitzpatrick has a majority pro-life record but did not join this amicus brief.  Far worse, Rep. Fitzpatrick...[is a co sponsor of the misleadingly named] 'Equality Act' (EA).  This vicious piece of anti-life legislation would re-write U.S. Civil Rights laws, such that any abortion ban restrictions or funding limit would become an act of 'sex discrimination.'  Thus, the passage of the EA would overturn all state and federal pro-life laws, even if Roe were to be reversed and legal protection provided to children in the womb....
  
  "Sen. Pat Toomey has compiled a 100% pro-life voting record and has joined the amicus brief calling for the reversal of Roe.  However..., Sen. Toomey has declined to oppose the EA....
  
  "Except for his support for Sen. Lindsey Graham's post 20-week abortion ban, Sen. Robert Casey, Jr. has a 100% pro-abortion voting record"

• Soon, "the high court’s justices will begin their review of a Louisiana abortion law that could signal a major turning point in the long movement against abortion...More than 200 pro-life members of Congress.... called on the Supreme Court to reconsider both Roe v. Wade and the subsequent 1992 decision Planned Parenthood v. Casey, which created the ambiguous 'undue burden' standard [Thougb they self-identify as "pro life," neither Senator Casey nor Rep Fitzpatrick signed that pro life amicus brief.]....we must dig in and stand the ground on this most pressing and preeminent cause of our time" (National Catholic Register, 1/22/20) 
• Though Casey and Fitzpatrick did NOT sign, you can add your own name to a pro life amicus brief.
