- In asking us to advocate for transportation for all students (https://www.votervoice.net/BroadcastLinks/FMMTkN3gUSYvGi4yr6Wafg), the Pa Catholic Conference states "School districts are required to provide transportation to both public and nonpublic students, even during the pandemic." Since LONG before the "pandemic," that has NOT been happening with in Morrisville. While paying for the school district, Morrisville families are also forced to pay for transportation to nonpublic high schools. Remind state representatives (RepWarren@pahouse.com, Jgalloway@pahouse.net), the state senator (senatorsantarsiero@pasen.com), and the U.S. representative (BriFitz8@gmail.com) of their duties to their Morrisville constituents. They should urge other districts to accept a merger with Morrisville (which is woefully shy of students) and/or advocate a voucher system that would truly benefit ALL families.
