As per a 6/4/23 email from NJ Right to Life, "the [NJ] Attorney General issued a Consumer Alert in December warning that NJ Pregnancy Resource Centers engaged in deceptive advertising. An Open Public Records Request was filed by lawyers for the NJ Centers asking for information to substantiate this claim. The Attorney General's office refused to answer the request so a Consortium of Pregnancy Centers sued the state and are awaiting a decision from the Court.
