It is now well known that the Omnibus continues to fund Planned Parenthood; there's more!
As per a 12/17/15 email from the National Committee for a Human Life Amendment (an affiliate agency of the USCCB), "while the Abortion Non-Discrimination Act (ANDA) came very close to the finish line, it was not included in Congress's end-of-year funding legislation....I anticipate sending more news to you shortly on how we might follow up with our elected officials about their epic failure." How could officials who call themselves "pro life" vote for the Omnibus when it was purged of ANDA?
