"Please do NOT budget one dime for Planned Parenthood."

If you read materials from some "pro life" organizations, we should just be happy with last week's vote in the Senate (and October's vote in the House) to defund Planned Parenthood - even though Obama has promised a veto!  For some organizations, the message seems to be, "Smile and send us a few bucks"....  

Congress has NOT done everything to shut off your $ from Planned Parenthood.  Tell Casey, Fitzpatrick, and Toomey to keep Planned Parenthood out of the budget and to co-sponsor/support pro life and pro marriage/family positions on legislation, advocated by the USCCB/NCHLA (1, 2) and the Pennsylvania Catholic Conference....

• Email Fitzpatrick, Casey, and Toomey, asking for co-sponsorship/support of the Health Care Conscience Rights Act (HR 940), the Women's Public Health and Safety Act (HR 3495), the No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion and Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act (HR 7), the State Marriage Defense Act (HR 824 / S 435), the First Amendment Defense Act (HR 2802 / S 1598), and the Child Welfare Provider Inclusion Act  (HR 1299 / S 667), as well as for all federal funding of Planned Parenthood to stop.
