I had been asked to explain how our calling and emailing our state reps and state senators will assist in the Presidential election. And, what timeframe exists to accomplish this task.

1. US Constitution's Article 2 places the power to name Electors solely with State Legislatures. 

* Only when elections are carried out consistent with the process passed by the Legislature can they be valid. 

2. Both the state Supreme Court and the PA secretary of state made late changes to the rules from what the PA Legislature had passed. Therefore, the election cannot not be considered to be Constitutionally valid. 

Governor Wolf claims that he has certified the election. But this certification is invalid because the election itself was not only invalidated by unauthorized rule changes, but also by apparent cheating involving hundreds of thousands of votes. 

When a majority of the legislature asks the Governor to reconvene the Legislature, he MUST do that. They need to reconvene and assert their Constitutional authority to prevent an invalid election from being certified. This is required by the oath of office that they each took. It is their solemn duty. 

I listed two egregious examples of irregularities that seem to prove attempts to steal the election. There were 700,000 more mail-in ballots counted THAN HAD BEEN MAILED TO VOTERS! This must be investigated. Also, after counting had stopped on election night, two large bundles of ballots were mysteriously delivered totaling nearly 600,000 votes. More than 570,000 of these were for Biden, but only 3200 were for Trump. This is impossible. These are only two examples of violations that demand a forensic audit prior to certifying any result to this election.

Tell them to pass the Resolution seeking to retake the Legislature's  authority to appoint Electors, and demand to be recalled so as to demand a forensic audit of the election prior to certification.
