Dear Faithful, Evidence of fraud in the 2020 presidential election is staggering, and your state legislators have the power to act now and solve the problem. Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution, the "electors clause," grants state legislators the complete authority and responsibility to appoint the electors from their state. It says: "Each state shall appoint, in such manner as the legislature thereof may direct, a number of electors." Contact your state legislators now. Urge them to take immediate action to prevent election fraud in your state. The U.S. Constitution makes it clear that state legislators do not need their governor to call the legislature into session to elect a fresh slate of electors. |
