Why on earth are we not outraged? 

As per the Mayo Clinic, "Male sexual arousal is a complex process that involves the brain, hormones, emotions, nerves, muscles and blood vessels." While heart disease, high blood pressure, or diabetes could be at play, what of pornography/masturbation?
"Porn-addicted men are more likely to suffer from erectile dysfunction and are less likely to be satisfied with sexual intercourse, according to survey findings presented Friday at the American Urological Association's annual meeting, in Boston. For the study, researchers surveyed 312 men, aged 20 to 40, who visited a San Diego urology clinic for treatment....researchers found a statistical relationship between porn addiction and sexual dysfunction" (HealthDay News, 5/12/17).
Via a radio commercial today, I learned that some physicians prescribe erectile dysfunction drugs without even meeting the man! So much for concern about causes!
"Viagra created income for Pfizer of more than 1.5 billion dollars in 2016....
In 2016, Cialis netted Lilly nearly 1.5 billion dollars....
Sales for the maker of Levitra were about 250 million dollars in 2015" (Roman, 2018) 

• In a letter to the U.S. House of Representatives, Brian Fitzpatrick and his colleagues were advised that the so-called "Equality Act would impose sweeping regulations to the detriment of society as a whole. The Act’s definitions alone would remove women and girls from protected legal existence. Furthermore, the Act also fails to recognize the difference between the person – who has dignity and is entitled to recognition of it – and the actions of a person, which have ethical and social ramifications. Conflating the two will introduce a plethora of further legal complications.... we strongly oppose the Equality Act and respectfully urge you to oppose it as well. We pray that wisdom will inform your deliberations on these matters and we readily stand with you, and are willing to assist you, in developing compassionate and just means to eradicate unjust discrimination and harassment from our country. " In response to a caller's complaint about Fitzpatrick's support for this proposed prejudicial, anti-woman, anti-religion legislation, radio's Dom Giordano seemed to give Fitzpatrick a free pass for an alleged "calculus" to appeal to Bucks County voters.  Just yesterday, the Holy Father Emeritus instead reminded us that "there is a minimum set of morals which is indissolubly linked to the foundational principle of faith and which must be defended if faith is not to be reduced to a theory but rather to be recognized in its claim to concrete life."
