Please co-sponsor H.R.61, the Title X Abortion Provider Prohibition Act.

As per the Christian Coalition of America, "Representative Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) has introduced the Title X Abortion Provider Prohibition Act of 2013 which would stop HHS from providing federal family planning assistance under Title X to abortion businesses unless they certify they won’t provide and refer abortions....In 2010, a GAO report showed that America’s largest abortion provider, Planned Parenthood, received over $340 million from the Title X family planning program."

Please advise, as to whether you will indeed be co-sponsoring this legislation.
