A NEW LOW! Rep Wendy Ullman from Bucks County says "'an early miscarriage is just some mess on a napkin'"

"Archbishop Joseph F. Naumann...Chairman of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops’ Committee for Pro-Life Activities sent a letter to Members of Congress supporting S. 2590 and HR 4934, the Dignity for Aborted Children Act" (USCCB, 11/1/19). 

• On a state level in Pennsylvania, HB 1890 also calls for the respectful treatment of preborn children who die before birth.  Undeterred by Representative Wendy Ullman's (143) vile comment above, her opposition to HB 1890 has thus far been shared by Representatives Tina Davis (141), John Galloway (140, who self identifies as pro life), and Perry Warren (31).  Shame on Ullman, Davis, Galloway, and Warren! 
• Meet Representative Pamela DeLissio, Subcommittee Democratic Chair on Health Care who seems to be leading a charge AGAINST HB 1890 !  Though endorsed by Planned Parenthood Action in her last election, that did not stop the Pa Catholic Conference from recently doing a dopey and fawning piece on her....

• Kudos to Bucks County Representative Craig Staats (145)  who is one of the co-sponsors of HB 1890.  Standing with him on HB 1890 thus far are Representatives Gene DiGirolomo (18) , Frank Farry (142) , Todd Polinchock (144), Marie Schroeder (29), and Wendi Thomas (178).

If passed, it would have increased funding for pro-abortion organizations, such as the U.N. Population Fund....Before Thursday’s vote on H.R. 2740, Senate Leader McConnell removed the portion of the bill that contained the Shaheen Amendment.
