Dear  Faithful,    It seems every day we see some new survey or poll or statistic that confirms our suspicions of the moral decay of our society.  The family is constantly under attack.  Consider these sobering statistics:  The marriage rate is at an all-time low in the U.S. at 6.8 marriages per 1,000 people.  Over 60% of Americans now believe that the definition of traditional marriage needs to be changed to accommodate same-sex couples who cannot procreate. For women under 30 in the U.S., more than 50% of all babies are being born out of wedlock. America has the highest percentage (26%) of one-person households on the entire planet. Approximately one out of every three children (33%) in the U.S. lives in a home without a father. Absent strong fathers and families, according to the FBI, there are now nearly 1 million juvenile gang members in the U.S.   Despite health risks and well known failure rates, contraception is used by over 60% of women in the U.S. Friends, if we want to know about why our nation and the world is in such disarray and disharmony, we only need to look at these and other telltale statistics.  It is the family that has sustained civilization.  It is the destruction of the family that will further dissolve our civilization.  Yet, despite the depressing stats, I am encouraged by faithful donors like you. Will you please continue to help us in our fight to protect and preserve the lifeblood of our society, the family?  Will you consider a special gift today in support of our many missionaries and directors as they tirelessly fight the good fight? Yes, we are fighting back against this Culture of Death and the erosion of the family. Our highly developed training for seminarians, priests and lay leaders is reaching the masses on the ground and across the globe, where lives are changed. But, if we do not have the resources to support our missionaries and efforts, then we will not be as effective.  That is where you come in. I believe in the sovereignty of our Creator.  He knew you would read this.  He knew you would feel led to financially support His creation - the family.  We are trusting once again in your faithfulness. In Psalm 127, the psalmist declares, "Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward." God exhorts us in Genesis to "Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth." Please help us in our work to strengthen the family.  Give today your best gift you can of $25, $50, $100 or more to aid our work to rebuild our society, one family at a time.  We can do this.  And "if God is for us, who can be against us." - Romans 8:31 Please join us in our shared fight to save our nation and the world.
