(Topper Bill [HB 1139] to Save the Lives of Newborns Heads to Governor’s Desk (PA House Republican Caucus, 12/13/17)).  As per the 9/7/17 PA Pro-Life Legislative Alert,

• Support Senator Scott Martin's resolution to condemn the abortion of babies who have been diagnosed with Down syndrome.
• Oppose House Bill 111
• Oppose Senate Bill 238.
