Looking back, it was just the week ending 4/4/2020 till the week ending 5/16/2020 that saw more than 120% of expected deaths.
At this time, the weeks ending in July don't seem to greatly surpass anticipated death rates.
So, are these deaths that just last year would simply NOT have been counted as involving COVID-19?
