- While 254,000 deaths are mentioned, the CDC's own fine print is revealing: "For 6% of the deaths, COVID-19 was the only cause mentioned. For deaths with conditions or causes in addition to COVID-19, on average, there were 2.6 additional conditions or causes per death." In other words, just 15,240 deaths (RIP) can be attributed SOLELY to COVID-19, across the U.S., since the start of the "pandemic."
