EVERY member of the Pennsylvania delegation to the U.S. House joined in a bipartisan betrayal of religious freedom and conscience protection by voting for the National Defense Authorization Act, even though the Russell Amendment was removed (http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2016/roll600.xml).
