SYNOPSIS: Commemorates 100th anniversary of Planned Parenthood's founding.

BE IT RESOLVED by the General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

1. This House commemorates the 100th anniversary of the founding of Planned Parenthood and recognizes its commitment to offer reproductive health care to women and provide basic health care services to the medically underserved, both in this country and around the world.

2. The Governor may issue a proclamation calling upon public officials and the citizens of this State to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the founding of Planned Parenthood with appropriate programs and events.

STATEMENT

This resolution commemorates the 100th anniversary of the founding of Planned Parenthood and recognizes its commitment to offer reproductive health care to women and provide basic health care services to the medically underserved, both in this country and around the world.
