HB 2050 now goes to full Pa Senate for vote

As per a 5/23/18 email from Pa Pro Life, "it's  not enough for us to win passage of the bill in the state Senate. We need to win enough votes for a veto-proof majority, since Governor Tom Wolf's staff have said he would veto the bill if it came to his desk.  We have identified five state Senators who have not yet committed to the bill whose votes could help secure that veto-proof majority.  Please consider calling these Senators and urging them to vote Yes on House Bill 2050 because you want to see an end to the discrimination against babies with Down syndrome:

Subject: Good News--Down syndrome bill reported out of committee

Good News! The Pennsylvania Senate Judiciary Committee has voted to report House Bill 2050, the Down Syndrome Protection Act, out of committee. The vote was a solid 10-5 in favor of the bill. The bill now goes onto the full Senate, which could vote as early as next week on the bill.
