We have learned that the Pennsylvania Senate Judiciary Committee may vote as early as tomorrow (Wednesday) on the Down Syndrome Protection Act, House Bill 2050. House Bill 2050 would ban abortions solely in the case of a Down syndrome diagnosis of a preborn child.
Please consider contacting the following key members of the Judiciary Committee and urge them to vote Yes on House Bill 2050 because you want children with Down syndrome to be protected.
