HB 1762

As per the Pa Pro Life Coalition, HB 1762 would require

• "abortionists to have admitting privileges at a hospital within 30 miles of the abortion chamber where they seek to commit abortions.  Several states, in addition to Texas, have recently passed this legislation....An urgent need exists to pass this bill in the Pa. House in June, so it has a realistic chance of passing in the Pa. Senate, so it can be signed by Gov. Tom Corbett while he is still in office....please contact Rep. Stern at jstern@pahousegop.com and 717-787-9020 and ask him to urge Rep. Marsico to run H.B.1762 in the Pa. House Judiciary Committee as soon as possible."
