The Most Holy Trinity and the defense of authentic marriage....

Defending authentic marriage may not be appealing and may in fact be frightening, but it is what we are called to do.

This coming Sunday, the Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity (www.usccb.org/bible/readings/061514.cfm
) has also been given to us and happens to be an especially appropriate time to proclaim the truth about marriage and family! Let us pray that our pastors embrace that ring!

On a state level, all of us need to get behind rare and courageous leaders like Theresa Santai Gaffney and Daryl Metcalfe. At the same time, we must remember that it is NOT just a state issue!....

On a federal level, we need to get behind USCCB-backed efforts to defend marriage, such as HJ Res 51, HR 3133, and HR 3829. Kudos to Mike Kelly, Joe Pitts, Keith Rothfus, and Bill Shuster - Pennsylvanians who have gone to the U.S. House, embracing this:
